Frequently Asked Questions
That is not true. A regular gym helps you train whereas we help you train correctly as per you body. Every movement and exercise is chosen with your physical history in mind.
Most of the clients start seeing strong results in 8 to 12 weeks. However, it entirely depends on where you are starting and where you want to go based on which your plan will be created.
There can be a little bit of soreness but that is absolutely normal. We also help you understand the difference between soreness and real pain.
A good trainer makes you work hard but most of the trainers are not trained to read your body movement patterns clinically in order to identify what is best for you. Our physiotherapists bring both the fitness knowledge and a clinical eye for you.
